Integration

Facility integration involves full communication among your mechanical and electrical systems including the physical plant, HVAC, access control, and power monitoring/production.  Once tied together, Syntergy can "load match" equipment to ensure sustained comfort/process functionality at the lowest cost and we can use predictive algorithms to control demand charges.  For example, we can significantly reduce cost and maximize the life cycle of your physical plant's equipment by matching production to "real-time" building/process loads vs. maintaining static set points.   Our clients can monitor, control, optimize operations, and identify problems with their building systems from any Internet access point, including immediate notification via telephone or email of any problems and conditions that negatively impact utility consumption.

System Commissioning

We statically and dynamically test and record the performance of equipment and facility systems to ensure they operate as designed and meet the needs of the facility or process throughout the entire range of operating conditions.  We are concerned with the sequence of operations and optimization of flow, temperature, and overall performance.  A facility audit can usually be completed in a short timeframe and delivered to the facility manager with practical suggestions.  Most commissioning projects recover their cost in less than one year.
